What counts as a client?
A client is an individual end-customer organisation that you manage and create security review reports for within MSP SecureView. You can create unlimited reports for each client.
Are reports really unlimited?
Yes. All plans include unlimited security review reports. We do not limit the number of reports you create or generate.
Are there any per-user fees?
No. There is no per-user pricing. You can add multiple users to your MSP account using Admin, Basic, or Viewer roles at no extra cost.
Is onboarding really free?
Yes. All plans include free onboarding and setup support to help you get started quickly and correctly.
What happens if I exceed my client limit?
You will be upgraded to the next plan. No data or reports are lost when you are upgraded.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You’ll be upgraded or downgraded plan as your MSP grows or changes.
Do my clients get access to the platform?
No. MSP SecureView is designed for MSP use only. Reports are shared with clients as PDFs or via email.
Do you integrate with PSA tools?
Yes. MSP SecureView integrates with Halo PSA, with more integrations coming soon.
Can I customise report templates?
Yes. MSP Admin users can create and modify their own report templates. Custom-designed templates and layouts are also available as a chargeable service based on a brief.
What branding options are included?
All plans include MSP branding via logos and colour theming. Custom layouts, fonts, and cover designs are available as paid services.
Is there a minimum contract term?
A rolling 12-month minimum term applies, with subscription fees billed monthly.
What security is in place?
MSP SecureView is built with security at its core. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users, implement role-based access controls, and maintain strict data isolation between MSP tenants. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud platforms with SOC 2 compliance, regular security audits, and automated threat monitoring. We also maintain secure backup procedures and disaster recovery capabilities.
Where is data stored?
Data is stored in Amazon Web Services servers in the United States of America and is backed up nightly.
Who owns the data and reports?
You own all of your data and reports. MSP SecureView does not claim ownership of your content.
