Built by a former MSP owner, for MSPs. Giving Security Reviews the dedicated platform they deserve.
SecuVeo was created to solve a challenge every MSP recognizes: Security Reviews are essential, but the traditional way of delivering them simply doesn’t work.
From PowerPoint and Word to complex QBR platforms, SecuVeo simplifies Security Reviews, saves valuable time, and helps clients better understand their security risks.
Inconsistent Security Reviews
Clients Don't Understand the Risks
Lost Security Revenue
SecuVeo transforms Security Reviews into clear, professional conversations that clients can quickly understand and act on.
Instead of squeezing cybersecurity into a QBR or relying on lengthy reports and technical audits, SecuVeo gives Security Reviews the dedicated platform they deserve. By combining Microsoft 365 Security Evidence with PSA Billing Evidence, it streamlines report creation while keeping every recommendation under your control.
The result is a faster, more consistent Security Review process that demonstrates value, helps clients approve recommended improvements, strengthens client relationships, and grows security revenue.
Replace manual and repetitive work with a streamlined Security Review process.
Track report delivery and disclaimer acknowledgments with a complete audit trail.
Clearly communicate security risks and make it easier for clients to approve your recommendations.
”I didn't create SecuVeo because I wanted to build software. I created it after spending years building and growing one of London's most respected Managed Service Providers, where I experienced the same challenge every MSP faces.
As cybersecurity became increasingly important, we realized that discussing security during Quarterly Business Reviews simply wasn't enough. There was too much to cover, too much technical language, and clients often left without fully understanding their security risks or why our recommendations mattered.
The solution wasn't longer reports. It was better communication.
We introduced dedicated IT Security Reviews that presented security in clear, business friendly language. Instead of overwhelming clients with technical detail, we showed them what protections were in place, what was missing, why it mattered, and the practical steps needed to improve their security.
The difference was remarkable.
Clients understood their security posture, approved more recommendations, invested in additional security services, and recurring revenue grew. More importantly, Security Reviews became one of the most valuable conversations we had with our clients.
After successfully exiting my MSP, I created SecuVeo so other MSPs could follow the same proven approach.
SecuVeo helps MSPs deliver professional IT Security Reviews that clients actually understand, making it easier to communicate security risks, gain approval for recommended improvements, strengthen client relationships, and grow recurring security revenue.
MSPs have spent years protecting their clients. They answer the calls when something goes wrong, carry the responsibility for keeping businesses running, recommend improvements, explain risks, chase decisions and, sometimes, find themselves having the same conversation months or even years later.
Anyone who has spent long enough working at an MSP knows the conversation. A client suffers an incident and suddenly everyone is looking backwards. Were we told about this? When was it recommended? Why wasn’t it implemented? The Account Manager remembers discussing it and quoting for it. Someone thinks it was mentioned in a QBR. Somewhere, buried in six months of emails, there may even be proof. But at the exact moment it matters, nobody can put their hand on the complete story.
We think there should be a better way.
SecuVeo exists because a Security Review should mean something. It shouldn’t be another PowerPoint opened during a meeting and forgotten afterwards. Its quality shouldn’t depend on which Account Manager prepared it, how busy they were that week, or how good they happen to be at translating technology into something a business owner can understand.
A Security Review should be a moment of clarity. The client should leave understanding where they’re protected, where they’re exposed, what has improved since the last conversation and what needs their attention now. They don’t need to understand every piece of technology underneath it. They need to understand what it means for their business.
We also believe the MSP should be able to stand behind every word.
Imagine an Account Manager sitting opposite a client who has repeatedly decided not to implement an important security recommendation. That shouldn’t be an uncomfortable conversation based on memory. They should be able to show the client when the risk was first identified, how it was explained, what was recommended, what the client decided and whether anything has changed since. Equally, when the client has invested and improved, the MSP should be able to show that progress and say, Look how far we’ve come.
That’s the relationship we want SecuVeo to support.
Good advice deserves a record. If an MSP identifies a risk, recommends an improvement and puts that advice in front of a client, it shouldn’t disappear into an inbox. There should be a history of what was recommended, what the client received, what they acknowledged, what they approved and what remained unresolved.
Not because MSPs should frighten clients into buying more security, and not because every recommendation must be accepted. The MSP has a responsibility to identify risk, explain it clearly and recommend what it believes is right. The client has a responsibility to make informed decisions about its own business. That responsibility should be shared, understood and recorded.
We also believe doing all of this properly shouldn’t take hours.
MSPs already hold enormous amounts of information about their clients. Their PSA knows what they’re providing and what the client is paying for. Microsoft 365 can provide evidence of how important areas of the environment are configured. Previous Security Reviews show where the client has come from. Yet too often an Account Manager still starts preparing for the next meeting by opening several systems, checking billing, looking through old reports and trying to piece the story together.
We’ve lived that.
And the frustrating part is that none of that administration is where the real value of an Account Manager or vCIO lies. Their value comes when they sit down with the client, understand the business and have a meaningful conversation about what should happen next.
That’s where we want their time spent.
There is another part of this mission that we don’t shy away from: MSPs should make money from delivering better security.
There is nothing wrong with that. In fact, there is something wrong when an MSP identifies a genuine security weakness, knows how to fix it, but fails to communicate the importance clearly enough for the client to act.
When the process works properly, everybody wins. The client becomes better protected. The MSP strengthens the relationship. Engineers deploy something worthwhile. The Account Manager demonstrates value. And the MSP earns revenue for solving a genuine business problem.
That’s healthy business.
SecuVeo came from more than 15 years of building and running an MSP and experiencing these challenges firsthand. We know what it’s like to want every client reviewed properly, every Account Manager having the right conversations and every recommendation followed through, while also knowing that the everyday reality of running an MSP constantly gets in the way.
We’re not trying to reinvent cybersecurity. We’re trying to make one important part of being a great MSP work the way it always should have worked: every client reviewed, every risk explained, every recommendation clear, every decision recorded and every improvement visible.
Then, when the next Security Review comes around, nobody starts again from scratch.
They continue the story.
That’s SecuVeo.
We believe every MSP client deserves a clear, honest conversation about security. Not a conversation filled with technical terminology, and not one designed to frighten them into buying something, but one that helps them understand where they stand and make informed decisions about their business.
We believe good security advice should be consistent, evidence-based and easy to understand. The quality of a Security Review shouldn’t depend on which Account Manager delivers it or how much time they had to prepare.
We also believe MSPs should be rewarded for helping their clients become more secure. When a genuine risk is identified, clearly communicated and ultimately resolved, the client is better protected, and the MSP has delivered something valuable. There is nothing wrong with building a successful business around doing the right thing for your clients.
And we believe those conversations should never disappear. Progress should be visible, recommendations should be recorded, and every new Security Review should build on the one that came before it.
We’ll build SecuVeo around the realities of running an MSP. We’ll keep it simple to use, transparent in how it reaches conclusions, and focused on helping you deliver better Security Reviews – not adding more administration to your day.
We’ll listen to the MSPs using it, keep improving it, and never lose sight of why we built it in the first place.
