I built MSP SecureView after years running and eventually exiting Totality Services, one of London’s most respected MSPs.

In the early days we squeezed security reviews into QBRs, but as the landscape evolved and cybersecurity became a major priority for every business, this approach stopped working. We simply could not do it justice within another meeting. There was too much to cover, clients were not being properly informed, and valuable upsell opportunities were being missed.

The answer was to create a dedicated IT security review process that gave clients clear insight into what protections they had, what was missing and the exact steps needed to close the gaps.
